I've had a very bad experience with these solicitors, trying to sell and buy a house with these solicitors will stress you right out. Nobody returns your telephone calls, then your emails are ignored, then when you eventually do receive paperwork its incorrect showing complete incompetence in the service you are paying good money for. When you do finally get to speak to the solicitor she is completely rude as if she is doing you a favour. Avoid these solicitors unless you want added stress in buying or selling a house.

Nicola Perry dealt with my claim, she was brilliant and helpful. It was due to an injury I'd obtained after a salon treatment, it took some time due to my lack of information but they never gave up and claim has now been successful!

They were acting on my behalf to purchase a property. Very poor service. Poor communication. Emails coming from various persons not clear who is dealing with the case. Delaying the completion date without any valid reason. Failed to let me know on the completion day. I only found out from the seller solicitor it has been completed & the seller gave me the keys. No reply to my email. Not returning my call. Would NOT recommend this firm.

Absolutely disgusted with this Company. We recommend everyone stay clear. If your claim does go to court you will be totally shocked at the incompetence of them. They have no idea what they are doing. After a long fight we lost, not because the judge didn't believe us, but because they did not supply the correct evidence. There is so much to say but will take to long! All I can say is DONT USE not if you want to win your claim and you don't want to be made to look like a fool.

AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! I have made the HUGE MISTAKE of taking this solicitor firm on board for the purchase of a property in Liverpool. As a Property Investor I can HONESTLY say I have NEVER worked with such: -Unprofessional -Rude -Unresponsive -INCOMPETENT Paper pushers in my entire life. LOUISE NELSON and JENNY THOMAS have absolutely no idea on which planet they're on and have delayed our completion from 4-6 weeks to more than 12 weeks. They ask for the same information over and over and worst of all rarely answer to emails. It has been my job over these 3 months to constantly push them and chase up on documents. I WOULD BEG YOU NOT TO USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND YOUR TIME WASTED,, ON YOUR ON DIME !! I will also be taking printscreens of this review as iI've seen other negative reviews being taken down. Will definitely be making a complaint to the Ombudsman. AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!

I was definitely very disappointed with the service i recently received I make a phone call and want to have quick quote for the lease agreement Selisitor with name Cris was talking and answering my questions and he should email me the quote so we can start the deal I don’t receive anything until end of the day and I call back on the next day to confirm my email address and provide with Tel contact number also so hem to reach me later on how I was promised from the receptionist which speak with him before asking me for my details I can only say BAD SERVICE How to except quick and reliable job to be done with relation of sighing a lease/very important documents/if they not wiling to come back to you on the beginning

Be careful about this solicitor they are time waster and very unprofessional. I tried to speak with Mr Bartlett after receiving an email from him regarding transferring a commercial lease in my name, I phoned him last Friday and his secretary told me he is on the phone and will get back to me after his phone call so I waited all day but he didn’t get back to me then I called him on following Monday twice one in the morning one in the afternoon and again he didn’t return my call On Tuesday I left with no option but to send him an email asking him to get back to me so waited until Wednesday afternoon but he didn’t bother to reply my email so I tried again on Thursday morning and made to phone call and explain to his secretary that since last Friday I have been promised 10 time by you that he is going to get back to me but nothing happened, it was very annoying and I didn’t know what to do, so I called again at 16:45pm before their office closes and thanks to God he answered me and when I made my query to him I realised he didn’t have a clue about my file whatsoever as possibly he didn’t even looked at my file. So If you want a very slow service and been ignored for a week he is the right solicitor to hire.

Cannot thank the two Louises enough. We've had a terrible year after losing both of our parents and our grandchild within 10 days of each other and then I became ill and had to start treatment. We instructed Bartletts to deal with each of their estates and then the sale of the house. We didn't need to ring up and chase them. Everything was taken care of for us. They gave us a price and when it was all completed it was exactly as agreed, there were no hidden charges. We lost or parents in May. Instructed Louise at Bartletts at beginning of June, probate was sorted July and then two days ago we had completion on the house. We're now going to make a will with bartletts for ourselves and hopefully when the time comes our children won't have the additional burden of legalities when they're also grieving. I would not hesitate to recommend Bartletts and a huge thank you to the two Louises and the lovely lady in the Seacombe office who greeted me with a friendly smile each time I took documents in to be scanned over to the Liverpool branch. We are so grateful for your exceptional service when needed.
