We are A R Brown and Co Solicitors, founded in January 1986 by Alan Brown as a small local practice serving Worthing and the surrounding West Sussex area. The firm has since grown and adapted to the changing needs of the community, and is now led by Deborah Francis as Director.
We are built on shared family values and a personal approach to every piece of work we undertake, and we aim to deliver clear, approachable and competitively priced advice. Our qualified and experienced legal team is supported by paralegals and secretaries, working together to provide practical solutions across a wide range of legal matters.
Our clients are predominantly private individuals and families, though we also act for businesses and companies operating both nationally and overseas. We advise on commercial property and business services, conveyancing, wills and trusts, estate disputes, family law, dispute resolution and employment law for both employers and employees.
We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and we recently moved to a new, more prominent office on Goring Road in Goring-by-Sea, where our ground floor premises are accessible to wheelchair users.
