Welcome to our family law firm, proudly founded in 2001 in Guildford by Philip Bennett and Peta Malthouse! We're proud to be one of the largest dedicated family law practices in the South of England, and we focus entirely on family law. Our motto is simple: "We specialise in family law, and we don't do anything else!"

We are Child Law Partnership Ltd, established on 18 February 2005, and we are actively serving our clients. Our registered office is located at Arena Business Centre, Basing View, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4EB.

We have eight offices across the South, including our head office in Basingstoke, as well as locations in Guildford, Reading, Portsmouth, Southampton, Salisbury, Kent, and Ferndown. Together, we cover Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Dorset, and Kent.
