Dw Solicitors is a friendly, well-established firm based on Wellingborough Road in Northampton. David Ward founded us in November 2001, and since then we have built a loyal client base across Northamptonshire by offering clear, practical legal advice with a genuinely personal touch. Our small team, led by partners David Ward and Maria Boehm, prides itself on getting to know our clients properly rather than treating them as just another file number.
We cover a broad range of legal services, including wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate, residential conveyancing, and business matters such as commercial leases and the sale and purchase of businesses. Our conveyancing team is CQS accredited, giving our clients extra confidence that their house move is being handled to a recognised quality standard. We also assist individuals and employers with employment settlement agreements, including the independent legal advice that is required to make such agreements binding.
Whatever the matter, we always aim to explain things in plain English and keep our clients properly informed at every stage. We believe that good legal advice should be accessible and free of unnecessary jargon, and we work hard to make sure every client who comes through our door feels listened to and well looked after.
