We are Fitchett & Co, a genuine employment law specialist firm based in Surrey, with offices in Esher and Guildford. Founded by Leigh Fitchett, a Cambridge-educated solicitor who trained at City firms including Lovells, Richards Butler and Theodore Goddard before setting up his own niche practice in the 1990s, we are one of the very few firms in Surrey and the South East that practise exclusively in employment law. Over more than thirty years, we have built an unrivalled track record acting for both employers and employees, from individuals to large national and international companies, in matters ranging from unfair dismissal, redundancy and discrimination to settlement agreements, TUPE, restrictive covenants and disciplinary and grievance processes.
