Our business clients range from the small owner managed business to medium sized private companies. Services we provide to businesses include the buying, selling and leasing of commercial property, commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law and intellectual property.
Services to individuals include buying and selling houses, wills, trusts, elderly & vulnerable, probate, child care, powers of attorney, divorce, property and dispute resolution.
On 1st April 2022 Anderson Rowntree became part of Glanvilles following a successful merger. Anderson Rowntree will trade under the name Glanvilles Anderson Rowntree. This merger adds Anderson Rowntree’s 30 staff and two local offices in Petworth and central Chichester to Glanvilles 60-strong team and three established offices in Chichester, Fareham and Havant.
