We were established in 1994, and in 2021 we became employee-owned, which means everyone here has a genuine stake in how well we look after you. Around fifty of us work across two offices, and we have grown steadily year on year while keeping the same mission we started with: give clear advice, act fast, and support people with care and skill.

Clarity matters to us more than almost anything else. We speak plainly so you always know what is happening and why; we are open about the work we are doing and what it will cost; and we put people first, whether that is a client or a colleague. Alongside a full-service offering for businesses and families, we have built an unusually deep specialism in regulated sectors, advising healthcare, pharmacy, and social care providers on registration, inspection, and fitness to practise matters, and we also act in some genuinely modern niches, including influencer and digital media work. We are members of Resolution, hold Cyber Essentials certification, and support local schools and charities in the communities around us.
