Graysons Solicitors
Average review score : 4.5
We were established in 1925, when Robert Grayson, a Sheffield man who had qualified as a solicitor at the outbreak of the First World War, set up on his own account in Figtree Lane. He was sociable and cheerful and soon attracted a good following, and when his two sons qualified after the Second World War, they joined him in the practice. We have grown steadily since, through the amalgamation with Powell and Hatfield in 1989, the merger with our Paradise Square neighbours, Watson Esam, in 2011, and the addition of the Hathersage office in 2021; we now work from three offices serving Sheffield, Chesterfield and the Hope Valley.
We are a six-partner firm and a vibrant, experienced team of dedicated, caring legal professionals who act with tenacity, energy, and respect. Our progressive culture means you can be confident you are in the best possible hands. But we haven't lost our heritage: our deep-rooted ethics and high standards mean you still get the excellent, personal service you expect. Each department is led by a partner who specialises in their own field. We are proud that many of our clients come to us by personal recommendation. We hold the Law Society Lexcel quality mark, and the Legal 500 recommends us for our family, private client, personal injury, and medical negligence work.
