Our work falls into three areas: conveyancing, from residential purchases and sales through to complex commercial transactions; financial claims; and private client work, including estate planning. We are particularly experienced with bridging finance, where the timetable is usually the whole point.

We work in a deliberately straightforward way. We start with a conversation to understand your situation and what matters to you, then give you a transparent quote, a realistic timeline and a checklist of what we need. From there, we manage the matter proactively rather than waiting to be chased, and we aim to complete within four weeks where the transaction allows. We stay available afterwards too.
