If you run a pub, bar, club, restaurant, hotel, supermarket, off licence, betting shop or adult gaming centre, we can help you obtain and keep the licences and qualifications you need. That covers premises licences, personal licences, club premises certificates, temporary event notices, transfers and variations.
We also advise on gambling licences and Gambling Commission matters, licence reviews and hearings before licensing committees, appeals, planning permission and change of use for licensed premises, and prosecutions or enforcement action brought by the police, trading standards or a local authority.
We run training too, including the APLH course for people who need a personal licence, and we can carry out licensing audits and due diligence when you are buying or selling a business.
