We advise on divorce, separation and civil partnership dissolution, on financial settlements, separation agreements, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and on disputes about children, including schooling, the enforcement of court orders and the variation of maintenance. We also handle cohabitation disputes and international family matters.

Not every case needs to be fought. We are strong advocates of mediation, and through our One Couple One Lawyer service, a single solicitor can advise a couple together, which for the right people is quicker, cheaper and a great deal kinder.
