Judge and Priestley is a long-established practice serving individuals, businesses and public sector clients across London, Kent, Surrey and the South East. We work from five offices, in Bromley, Beckenham, Blackheath, Sidcup and London, which lets us combine local accessibility with genuine specialist expertise. In September 2026 we merged with the established London practice William Heath and Co, strengthening our residential conveyancing and private client teams.

Our aim is always to give clear, practical and commercially sensible advice, so that you understand your options and can resolve matters efficiently rather than watching them drag on.

For individuals and families, we help with moving home, making a will, dealing with probate, family and children matters including cross-border disputes, elderly client services, private wealth disputes, employment concerns and pursuing or defending a dispute. We know these are personal matters and we treat them that way.

For businesses and organisations, we advise on commercial property, corporate and commercial law, employment, litigation, regulatory issues and debt recovery, and we have a long-established social housing, local authority and public sector practice. Our debt recovery team handles everything from SME and large corporate debt to regulated, public sector and subrogated recoveries.

We hold Investors in People Silver accreditation, and in 2026 we were shortlisted in two categories at the LexisNexis Family Law Awards.
