Kalsi Solicitors

We are Kalsi Legal, an immigration law firm with offices in Leicester and Liverpool, acting for clients across the whole of the UK.

Immigration is all we do. Every UK immigration matter is handled in-house, from a first visa application through to a British passport, and one named caseworker looks after your case from the first call to the final decision. Every case is worked by a Law Society IAAS-accredited caseworker and supervised by a solicitor.

We know that people come to us worried, often with a deadline hanging over them, so we work on fixed fees agreed at the outset and give you a secure client portal where you can see exactly where your application has got to.

We advise on family and partner visas, work and sponsored routes, student and graduate visas, settlement and nationality, and human rights cases including long residence and parent of a British child. We also take on private asylum work and fresh claims, and we act in appeals, administrative review and judicial review where the Home Office has got a decision wrong.

A refusal is a deadline, not a dead end, and we have overturned a good many decisions that suggested otherwise.

Legal aid is available for certain case types through our separately contracted legal aid arm, subject to the usual means and merits tests.
