Our team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, because an arrest does not wait for office hours. Advice and representation at the police station are free, whatever the allegation.
We act in all aspects of criminal law, in the magistrates court, the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal. That includes the most serious offences, such as murder, drugs trafficking, kidnapping and rape, alongside conspiracy, terrorism, extradition, money laundering and asset confiscation proceedings.
We have particular experience in fraud and white-collar work, including Serious Fraud Office investigations, credit card, election, insurance, pharmaceutical and VAT fraud, and investigations by HM Revenue and Customs and the DTI.
We also bring actions against the police for people who have been badly treated, and we handle personal injury claims, where our team specialises in road traffic accidents.
