Kitson Boyce was formed in October 2023 when Kitsons LLP and Boyce Hatton LLP merged, bringing together two long-established Devon practices and around 200 years of legal experience. Kitsons was founded in Torquay in 1826 by William Kitson, a solicitor and banker who became known as the maker of Torquay.

We work from offices in Torquay, Exeter, Plymouth and Totnes, and we act for clients across Devon and further afield.
