Loch was founded in 2007 by Pam Loch, an award-winning employment solicitor who believed that the advice businesses actually need rarely arrives in neat legal packages. Nearly two decades on, we are a very different kind of firm: solicitors and solicitor advocates working alongside HR professionals, trainers, coaches, wellbeing practitioners, mediators and business advisers, from offices in Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Brighton and London.

That mix is deliberate. When something goes wrong in an organisation, the legal question is usually tangled up with a people question and a commercial one, and answering only the first tends to leave the problem half solved. We bring those perspectives together so that you can see the whole picture and make a confident decision, and we would far rather help you head a problem off than pick up the pieces afterwards.
