Macks Solicitors began in 1995 as a personal injury firm, and three decades on that work is still at our heart, although we are now a good deal more than that. Over the years we have built a team of expert lawyers across family and divorce, wills and probate, and conveyancing, so that whatever brings you to us there is someone here who does that particular work day in and day out.

We are a North East firm and glad to be one. Our head office is in Middlesbrough, with further offices in Redcar, Darlington and Harrogate, and we act for clients right across the region and well beyond it. Local knowledge counts for more than people expect. Knowing the courts, the employers and the hospitals, and knowing the ground itself, often shortens a case considerably.

What has not changed since 1995 is how we deal with people. We explain things properly, we do not hide behind jargon, and we would far rather tell you early that a claim is not worth running than take you on a long and expensive journey to the same answer.
