Magara Law is an employment law practice and nothing else. That single focus is the whole point: employment disputes move quickly, the deadlines are unforgiving, and they are rarely only about the law. We act for employees and for employers alike, from offices in Bicester, Banbury, Reading and London, and we will meet you in person, by video or on the phone, whichever suits you best.

Our director, Roy Magara, is a solicitor advocate with rights of audience in the Employment Tribunal, so when a case reaches a hearing it is argued by the people who have run it rather than handed to somebody new. He is also an accredited workplace mediator, which matters more often than you might expect: a great many disputes are better settled around a table than in a tribunal, and we will tell you when that is true even though it is the shorter road for us.

We combine technical employment law with a real interest in changing workplace culture for the better, and we are proud that hundreds of clients have taken the trouble to review us.
