Martin Kaye is a firm that sets out to challenge the usual assumptions about what a legal practice is like. That is easy to claim and harder to do, so we would rather be judged on the practical version of it: clear fees published on our website, a named person who stays with your matter, and advice given in language you can act on.

We work from four offices across Shropshire and the West Midlands, in Telford, Shrewsbury, Wem and Wolverhampton, and we act for clients across the region and into mid Wales. The firm is deliberately built in two halves, one for people and one for businesses, and a great many of our clients use both. The person setting up a company this year is often the same person who needs a will or a house move handled next year, and there is real value in not starting again with a stranger.

We would always rather be involved early, when options are still open, and costs are still small, than be called in once a problem has hardened.
