We are Mason Baggott and Garton, solicitors for North Lincolnshire, and we are known locally as the friendly family practice. We act for individuals and businesses across this part of the county, which means that for most of what life puts in front of you, there is somebody here who deals with it every day rather than once in a while.

We work from four offices, in Scunthorpe, Brigg, Epworth and Barton upon Humber, so there is usually one within easy reach of you. Our aim is a simple one: to give you clear advice on how the law can work for you, without trying to baffle you with jargon along the way. We hold Lexcel accreditation from the Law Society, together with quality marks across conveyancing, wills and inheritance, family law, children law, collaborative family work and personal injury, and we are certified under Cyber Essentials, which matters a good deal when your papers and your money pass through our hands.
