Employment law is the whole of our practice. We are not a general firm with an employment department bolted on to the side of it: everyone here does this work and nothing else. That is why people come to us when what has happened at work really matters to them.

We act on both sides. For employees, that means a straight answer about where you stand, a settlement negotiated properly rather than accepted in a hurry, and your case put properly if it goes as far as a Tribunal. For employers, it means practical advice early, while a problem is still only a problem, and a firm defence if it turns into a claim. Our founder is a Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in the higher courts, so when a case needs arguing, we can argue it ourselves rather than handing it on to somebody else.
