mfg Solicitors traces its roots back to 1556, which makes us, so far as we can tell, one of the oldest law firms in the country. Four and a half centuries is long enough to have learned that the law is only ever half of the problem. The other half is the person sitting in front of you and what they actually need to happen next.

We work from eight offices across Worcestershire, Shropshire, the Black Country and Birmingham. What we do divides roughly into three: commercial work for businesses, rural and agricultural work for the farms and estates that fill this part of the country, and private client work for families. Our strapline is that we are the law firm for life, and a fair number of our clients have tested that quite literally.

We are ranked by both the Legal 500 and Chambers, we hold the Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation and the Law Society's family law accreditation, and our people belong to Resolution, STEP and the Agricultural Law Association among others.
