We are Mitchell Wilde, commercial solicitors for owner-managed businesses across the East Midlands, working from Beeston in Nottingham and from our Derby office on Railway Terrace. The practice was set up some twenty years ago to provide a specialist service to owner-managed businesses, and that is still exactly who we act for. Paul Mitchell, our managing partner, has nearly thirty years of litigation experience behind him and has completed the ACTAPS course for will and trust disputes. He is joined by Parminder Sandhu, who joined us as a part-time paralegal in 2012 and is now a partner, and by our solicitor Tom Mansell and three trainees.

We take a deliberately blunt view of legal costs.
