We are Morgan LaRoche, commercial lawyers for South, West and Mid Wales, working from Swansea and Carmarthen with a further office at the Aberystwyth Innovation and Enterprise Campus. The practice was established in January 2002 by experienced partners and senior solicitors who left a large national UK firm, and we did that for a reason. We freed ourselves from the layers of bureaucracy that are so common in today's large legal firms, and by doing so, we are able to deliver real value to an inclusive range of clients.

There are sixty of us now, and we work across an unusually wide spread of sectors, from agriculture, energy and manufacturing to social housing, transport and haulage, sport and the early years sector. That breadth means we tend to understand a client's industry before they have finished explaining it. Alongside the commercial work, we look after families and individuals too, on estate planning, family matters and white-collar investigations. We are ranked in Chambers UK and the Legal 500, and we hold the Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation and Resolution's First For Family Law accreditation.
