We are mosshaselhurst, and we have been part of Northwich since 1906, when the firm opened as Milling and Moss. It became H M Moss in 1917, and in 1946 John Shand Haselhurst joined Harold Moss to form Moss and Haselhurst, the name we carried until we became mosshaselhurst in 2005. Today we work from Castle Street in Northwich and from Grange House in Winsford.
Most of our work still comes to us through people we have helped before, which is the part of it we are proudest of. Our clients tend to mention the same three things: efficiency, flexibility and empathy. In practice, that means we will see you at the office, at your home, or over Zoom or Teams if that is easier, and that we try to sort things out rather than let them drift. We hold Lexcel and the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation, and we are Cyber Essentials certified.
