MS Solicitors

We are Martin Searle Solicitors, and we do two things: employment law and community care law. We have been in Brighton since 2004, based at Marlborough Place, and we see clients across Sussex, Surrey and into London. We are an award-winning and campaigning law firm. The two halves of the practice fit together better than you might expect, because both are about a person at a difficult moment facing an organisation with rather more power than they have. On the employment side, we act for employees and for employers, on settlement agreements, discrimination and harassment claims, redundancy and tribunal representation, and we provide HR consultancy and training. On the community care side, we help families challenge decisions about NHS Continuing Healthcare funding and social services funding, and we deal with mental capacity, deprivation of liberty safeguards and the Court of Protection.
