We are ODT Solicitors, and we have been part of the legal landscape in Sussex since 1998, when Osler and Co, J P Donegan and Co and Rupert Taylor came together to form one firm. The initials are theirs. We work from four offices, in Brighton, Haywards Heath, Hurstpierpoint and Chichester, and there are around forty of us altogether.

Legal excellence with a personal touch is what we set out to offer, and we have always tried to shed the cliched image of a firm of solicitors along the way. In practice that means outstanding expertise, dynamic services and a personal approach, delivered by people who are straightforward to deal with. We are best known for leasehold work, and we are recognised as one of the leading firms practising in that area, with members of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners among our team. We also hold the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

Our reach runs well beyond Brighton and Hove, across East and West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent and into London, and we work closely with the surveyors, barristers and developers who know this market as well as we do.
