We are Platts Solicitors, with offices on Dickenson Road in Rusholme, Manchester and on Union Street in Oldham. We are specialists in criminal defence, immigration, family law, regulatory work and civil litigation, and we act across Greater Manchester, the rest of the United Kingdom and overseas.
Our criminal team covers the police station, the magistrates court and the crown court, and takes on serious and business crime, proceeds of crime and freezing orders, fraud, drugs and firearms, sexual offences, modern slavery and human trafficking, motoring and transport law, prison law and appeals. We also handle private prosecutions, professional disciplinary investigations and tribunal hearings.
