We are Rayden Solicitors, and family law is the whole of what we do. Our head office is in St Albans, and we work from twelve other locations, including Birmingham, Bristol, London, Salisbury, Beaconsfield, Berkhamsted, Bishops Stortford, Harpenden, Hampstead, Otford and Welwyn Garden City.

On divorce, we advise on financial claims and settlements, the tax implications, family trusts, partnerships and offshore assets, and what happens to a family business. We handle international and expatriate divorce, Anglo-French family law, same-sex divorce, spousal maintenance, and pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.

On children, we cover arrangements orders, parental responsibility, child maintenance, step-parent adoption, surrogacy, grandparents' rights and child abduction. We also advise on domestic abuse. Not every case belongs in a courtroom, so we offer mediation, collaborative law and arbitration as well.
