Our family team helps with divorce, children matters, care proceedings, international family disputes and surrogacy, and we have particular experience with Islamic divorce. Our criminal defence team runs a 24-hour emergency line and also defends motoring offences, fraud and business crime. We are members of the Law Society Children Panel and offer legal aid for care proceedings.
We have been named Law Firm of the Year by Surrey Law Society, and from our base in Woking and our offices in Basingstoke and Wokingham we help clients across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire. Whatever you are facing, we will treat you with compassion and sensitivity.
