Russell & Russell is a legal practice built on long-established traditions and values. Our approach blends the best of the 21st century with the best of a traditional high street law firm, and since William Russell first set up in Bolton in 1887 we have grown organically to offices across the North West, in Bolton, Atherton, Bury, Chester, Farnworth, Horwich and Middleton.

We are a regional firm, but our departments serve clients throughout England and Wales. We understand how important access to justice is, which is why we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We give legal advice in conveyancing, commercial property, family law, wills, probate and elderly client services, personal injury and criminal defence.

We hold several industry accreditations across our service areas, in particular the Lexcel Practice Management Standard, and we were one of the first legal practices in the North West to be awarded the Wills and Inheritance Quality certification.
