We are Scotts Hall & Birtles, a Yorkshire Dales law firm dedicated to our local area but with loyal clients throughout the UK. We were formed on 1 April 2025, when two long-established Dales practices, Scotts Wright and Hall & Birtles, came together, and we aim to offer the insight and creativity of a top London firm at a fraction of the cost.
From our offices in Leyburn, Hawes and Richmond, our team of directors, solicitors, consultants and a licensed conveyancer advises individuals, families, farmers, estates and businesses. We understand rural life, from farms, estates and sporting rights to family homes and local businesses, and we offer practical, friendly advice in plain English.
