At Sharp Family Law we know every family is unique, and we strive to provide each client with a customised service. Since 2008 we have helped people through separation and divorce, arrangements for children, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes and every other aspect of family law, led by our senior partner Richard Sharp, who has more than 35 years of experience in family law.
All of our solicitors are members of Resolution, and we favour constructive, non-adversarial routes wherever possible, including collaborative law and One Couple One Lawyer, where a single lawyer helps you both. Where mediation is right for you, we support you through the process, and we offer fixed-price options for uncontested cases.
We are based in Bath and Bradford-on-Avon, and we also see clients in Bristol.
