We are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, our team includes licensed conveyancers and solicitors, and we also help clients with wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney. Our teams won Best Northern Conveyancing Team and Best Wales and Midlands Conveyancing Team at the Conveyancing Awards 2026, and we hold Investors in People Gold together with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification.
We work from offices in Derby and Cardiff, with further offices in South Shields and Gosforth.
