Solicitors in St Johns Wood

Long leases on St John's Wood's grand mansion blocks and mews houses near Lord's Cricket Ground mean lease extension, enfranchisement and service charge disputes feature more heavily in local solicitors' work than in most residential districts, alongside conveyancing, wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning and family law.

None of the ten firms shown for the area actually has an office in St John's Wood itself; they're drawn from across the City, the West End and south London instead.

Given the mismatch, confirm a firm's actual base and compare a couple before instructing.
