We are Starke Family Law, one of the leading specialist matrimonial and family solicitors in West Sussex and Surrey. Founded in Haywards Heath in 2005 by Andrew Delo and Helen Starke, we have grown steadily, opening in Horsham in 2010, Reigate in 2023 and Chichester in 2025.
We help with divorce, children matters, financial settlements, injunctions, cohabitation disputes and contested wills, and we place real emphasis on resolving matters without going to court, through collaborative law, family arbitration, private financial dispute resolution and constructive negotiation.
