Geoffrey Sternberg began as a sole practitioner in Barking in 1976, under the name Geoffrey Sternberg and Co. Some years later Gordon Reed joined as an Assistant Solicitor, becoming a partner in 1980. Gordon now acts as a practising consultant to the firm.
The firm has an excellent reputation for the quality of the legal services it provides and as a result, has expanded considerably for more than 30 years. It is now one of the largest firms in East London and Essex with 14 partners and occupies premises in Barking, Grays and Romford.
