At Stilwell & Singleton we offer a personal but professional service, combining a modern approach with more than 200 years of legal experience serving the people of east Kent. We became a limited liability partnership in 2019, and today our team of 21, including partners, solicitors and legal executives, works from offices in Dover, Deal and Sandwich.
We help with buying and selling homes and commercial property, wills and probate, and family and matrimonial matters, including child protection, with legal aid available for child protection and domestic abuse cases. Our conveyancing team is accredited under the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme, our family lawyers hold the Law Society's Family Law accreditation, and we offer fixed-fee first consultations.
