We are Sydney Mitchell, the law firm for the long term. Founded in 1763 by Richard Chattock, we are an established yet modern firm, and we have been helping individuals, families and businesses across Birmingham, Solihull and the West Midlands for more than 250 years.
Our team of more than 70 people, including 16 partners, advises on buying and selling homes, commercial property, family law, wills and estate planning, care funding, employment, immigration, personal injury and clinical negligence, business law and disputes, and we have run our own in-house estate agency since 2006. We hold the Law Society's Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditations, and our partners are recognised by The Legal 500.
We work from offices in Shirley, Solihull, central Birmingham and Sheldon.
