We are Thirsk Winton, a modern, innovative, boutique law firm established in 2009. We are highly regarded in niche areas including leasehold enfranchisement, property dispute resolution and international notarial services, and we act for both businesses and private clients.
Our team of around ten lawyers advises on commercial and residential property, lease extensions and leasehold portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, company law, contract disputes, debt recovery, intellectual property, professional negligence, and wills and probate.
