We are Thomson & Bancks, one of the major legal practices in the three counties of Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire. Our roots go back to 1830, when George Badham founded the practice in Tewkesbury, and we are small enough to give you a personal service and large enough to cope with whatever you need.
We advise individuals on buying and selling homes, family law, employment, wills, inheritance tax planning and probate, and dispute resolution, and we support businesses and landowners with company and commercial matters, commercial premises, landlord and tenant work, and agricultural and rural property. We have seven partners and more than 50 support staff, we hold the Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation and are members of Resolution, and you will find us in Pershore, Tewkesbury and Stratford-upon-Avon, where we also trade as Davies Murray-White.
