We are VHS Fletchers, a specialist criminal defence practice formed in 2008 by the merger of two long-established firms. From our offices in Nottingham, Derby, Chesterfield, Mansfield and Newark, our team of 29 solicitors, including eight solicitor advocates, represents people across the East Midlands at every stage of the criminal process.
We act in both privately funded and legally aided cases, from police station interviews and road traffic matters to the most serious Crown Court trials. We also defend individuals and businesses facing regulatory and business crime investigations, and we advise on prison law and firearms licensing.
