Our practice was established in 1884 by James Charles Waddington, and for more than 140 years we have been helping families across East Lancashire. Today we work from offices in Burnley, Blackburn and Preston, having welcomed Sarah Bentley Solicitors in 2021 and John Whittle Robinson Solicitors in 2023, and the practice continues to go from strength to strength.
We want every client to feel that we have taken the time to get to know them, so that we can find solutions tailored to their personal circumstances. Our work centres on family law and children matters, criminal defence, and Wills, trusts, probate and Court of Protection work.
We hold the Law Society's Lexcel accreditation and Children Law accreditation, our family lawyers are members of Resolution, and we are proud to offer legal aid in many cases. Whatever you are facing, you will find us approachable, experienced and on your side.
