Whitehead Monckton, with offices in Canterbury, Maidstone, Ramsgate and Tenterden, is one of the largest legal practices in the county.

Personal Relationships With over 230 years of history, we have some very long-standing clients. For instance, we have advised Kentstone Properties Limited since its incorporation in 1862, making it the second-oldest trading company in the county.
For individuals, we have often advised more than three generations of families, providing continuity and innovation as changing regulations present challenges and opportunities.
