We are WHN Solicitors, known for many years as Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall, a North West firm with roots going back more than 200 years. We work from nine offices, at Rawtenstall in Rossendale, Accrington, Bacup, Blackburn, Bury, Clitheroe, Great Harwood, Haslingden and Salford.
For individuals we advise on moving home, Wills, probate and trusts, family and children matters, accident and injury claims, civil disputes, landlord and tenant problems, employment issues and motoring offences. For businesses we cover commercial law, commercial property, business disputes, employment and debt recovery, and our wealth management arm is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
