We are Yarwood Holmes, a North East firm with five offices, two in Cramlington and one each in Blyth, Whickham and Low Fell in Gateshead.
Our family team advises on divorce and finances, child arrangements, care proceedings and Public Law Outline matters, domestic abuse, special guardianship and kinship care, child abduction and relocation. Our criminal team covers police station advice and representation in the magistrates and Crown Courts, with a line open around the clock. We also handle residential conveyancing and life planning, including Wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and Court of Protection work.
We hold the Resolution family law accreditation and Law Society criminal litigation and children law accreditations, and our team of around forty covers all five offices.
